Refund & Return Policy

We want you to be satisfied with your purchase. Please read carefully:

• All returns must be requested within 14 days of delivery.

• Only items in original condition and packaging will be accepted.

• Exchanges for size are possible, but the return shipping cost is the customer’s responsibility.

• Refunds for reasons other than defective items will only be processed after the product has been received and inspected. In such cases, return shipping costs will also be deducted.

• Defective or damaged products are eligible for free replacement or full refund, depending on the case.

• Refunds will be issued to the original payment method within 7–10 business days after approval.
